SWIM

• Coached swim practices at UBC in the fall, winter, and spring (Mon, Wed, Sat) - for an additional fee

• Open water swims with the Vancouver Open Water Swim Association (VOWSA) in the summer (Mon, Thurs) - free of charge with PSTC discount code

• Open water swim clinics in the summer - for an additional fee

Social: cold dips, beach picnics, post-swim practice gatherings

BIKE

• Coached indoor spin classes in the winter and spring (Thurs) - for an additional fee

• Saturday morning group rides with two pace groups, various routes, and distances (April- August) - free of charge

• Coached outdoor sessions in the summer focused on technique, speed, endurance (Thurs) - for an additional fee

Social: post-spin class gatherings, post-outdoor session gatherings

Do you have a partner that is not a triathlete but would like to be part of the social atmosphere? Are you a member unable to train with us but still want to be in-the-know?

Social membership allows you to attend club social events, and doesn’t require TriBC membership.
