  • Thursday Workouts

    We offer outdoor workout cycling sessions on Thursday in the summer months. These sessions are suitable for all levels and focus on technique, bike fitness, and building confidence for racing.

    What: Outdoor cycling workouts, 1-2 hours in length

    When: Thursday’s in the summer, 6:30pm

    Where: Meet at the last Spanish Banks parking lot before the UBC hill

    Who: Members

    Cost: Free for members

    How to sign-up?: Check the monthly newsletter to know when the rides start in the summer and show up.

  • Saturday Club Rides

    Saturday morning group rides run from June through August. Groups vary by pace and distance, so riders can select the ride that best suites their needs.

    What: 2-5 hour summer sides

    When: Varies

    Where: Varies

    Who: Members

    Cost: Free for members

    How to sign-up?: Rides will be announced on either Strava or Team Snap. There is no limit to participants, but please sign-up so we know you’re coming.

  • Indoor Spin Classes

    Our fall, winter and spring spin program is run by Coach Kevin aka DJ Spin. Coach Kevin will put you through the paces and keep those bike muscles working, while spinning to his awesome playlists.

    What: Weekly spin classes, 1 hour

    When: Thursday nights in the colder months

    Where: YWCA on Hornby

    Who: Members

    Cost: Additional fee required
