  • Thursday Workouts

    (Activity Fee)

    We offer coached outdoor cycling workouts on Thursday evenings in the summer months.*

    These sessions are suitable for all levels, riders will be split into two groups based on their skill, confidence and fitness level. The Base group will focus on developing riding skills, group riding etiquette and fitness. While the Push group will focus on efficient riding skills to improve riders speed and endurance over distance.

    *a roadworthy road bike is a requisite

  • Saturday Club Rides

    (Free for members)

    Saturday morning group rides run from May through August.

    Groups vary by pace and distance, so riders can select the ride that best suites their needs.

    The meeting location is Kits Boathouse Restaurant on Kits Beach. Start time, route/distance and Ride Leaders announced weekly via WhatsApp.

  • Winter Spin

    (Activity Fee)

    The club organizes an indoor spin program at the YWCA, in downtown Vancouver in fall, winter and spring on Thursday nights

    Coach Kevin will put you through the paces and keep those bike muscles working, while spinning to his awesome playlists.
