We want our members to feel safe, respected, and heard. Members can safely and confidentially raise concerns about club policies, practices, or specific incidents that occur during a regular sanctioned PSTC event.

Members should report and submit any concern by email to secretary@pacificspiritclub.org.

Please be as specific as possible; if applicable, please include date and time of the incident, names of those involved, names of witnesses, and a detailed summary of what happened.

In accordance with by-law 31 (5) & (6) in the club's constitution, from this information the secretary will form a committee of board members to work towards a resolution. If necessary, a mediator who is not a board member will be asked to join the resolution process.

If the complaint or concern involves a board member, the board member in question will not be involved in the committee or the review.
