Track is so much more than running in circles!

  • Tuesdays Track Workouts

    (Free for members)

    Each Tuesday we meet at the Point Grey Track at 6pm for a coached interval workout. These sessions build progressive fitness through the season and run February to November each year.

    We welcome newcomers, but require a waiver prior to running. Email run@pacificspirittriclub.org for more info

  • Run & Brunch

    (Free for members)

    Throughout the year, we organize run and brunch events. It's a great way to get a quick work out in, and socialize with your fellow members.

  • Whistler50

    (Activity Fee)

    Each fall, 20-30 PSTC members come together to relay race the Whistler50.
