Sunday Long Runs
Departing @ 09:00 from the track at 16th and Imperial. The run will start up again on Sunday, June 28. It is at a moderate pace and will go about 10k / 60 minutes through trails and the UBC area.
Track Workouts
Tuesdays @ 6:00 pm - choose Track Workout or Tempo Run. Camosun Park @ 16th & Imperial. For Details of the Track Workouts please view the 2009 Track Program.
Note that the Tuesday Night Pace Run has concluded for the summer.
Swimming During the Summer
If you would like to continue with coached swimming during the summer, there are two options; as a member of Pacific Spirit you can swim for free with VOWSA beginning early June. See VOWSA website for further details. FastLane program operates a great program out of Kit’s pool beginning on Tuesday June 16. See www.fastlaneswim.com for further information.
