PSTC offers a variety of fun, inclusive and effective training sessions in swim, bike and run. Workouts run throughout the year, providing a motivating training environment for all race goals or fitness interests. Members are encouraged to come out for everything, or just the sessions that are of most value to them.

SWIM
- We offer coached workouts in the fall, winter and spring seasons, at the UBC 50m indoor pool on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
- From June through August, we swim with the Vancouver Open Water Swim Association at Kits Beach. PSTC members may join VOWSA Practice Swims on Monday and Thursday evenings.
- We also offer intensive stroke improvement clinics subject to demand.

BIKE
- Through the fall, winter and early spring, we offer coached and virtual Spin Classes on Thursday evenings.
- Saturday morning group long rides run from March though June. Groups vary by pace and distance, so riders can select the ride that best suites their needs.

RUN
- We offer free coached track sessions every Tuesday evening at the Point Grey Secondary School track in Kerrisdale.
- For those who enjoy a good excuse to eat, we organize trail runs, followed by brunch periodically throughout the year.
- PSTC members also have access to Forerunner's Wednesday night run clinic, free of charge.
- Participation in the Whistler 50 race as a team relay
