Created in 1996, Pacific Spirit Triathlon Club is Vancouver's longest-standing triathlon club. Over the years, the Club has introduced new enthusiasts to the sport of triathlon while helping more experienced athletes to develop their knowledge and training base.
Today, with more than 100 members from their early 20s to their late 60s, the Club supports recreational athletes at all levels, from those whose goal is to finish with a smile to those whose goal is to finish on the podium. Members' interest also ranges from Sprint triathlons to Ironman distances. Our members have access to swim, bike, run, and social programs throughout the year.
The only requirements for club membership are enthusiasm, a willingness to support your fellow club members and athletes! Also, you must be a member of Triathlon BC, the provincial governing body for triathlon.
The Club is run by eight elected Directors who volunteer their time to develop and manage the programs and the Club overall. Coaches are hired to run the sports programs.
Pacific Spirit Triathlon Club is a volunteer-driven non-profit society in Vancouver, B.C. and is registered under the B.C. Society Act.
